The following policies apply to the purchase of tickets to Felderland PYO Farm Events through https://felderlandpyo.merlintickets.co.uk/

Your attendance at an event may be subject to additional terms of restrictions of the venue or promoter. Please review tickets for all additional information that may apply to your attendance. Tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless specifically stated.

Any discounts or offers online are available for a limited amount of time and/or a limited number. Once tickets are issued, tickets cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Felderland PYO Farm reserve the right to refuse access to any event at our discretion and the decision of Felderland PYO Farm will be final. Please ensure your tickets, booking reference and barcode are all printed or available when attending an event as access may be declined without this documentation.

Event Cancellations/Postponements 

If an event at Felderland PYO Farm is cancelled, you will be contacted and advised on our policy for obtaining a refund to that event.

If you are unable to attend an event for any reason, Felderland PYO Farm are not obliged to offer a refund, If a refund is issued, we will refund the price that you paid for your ticket. Service fees, processing fees and any other fees, such as delivery, are not refundable.

If an event is postponed, you should contact the venue directly to obtain information about postponed dates of the event and if there is an applicable refund policy or a time & date, to substitute your ticket.

Ticket Limits

You will be advised of any limits on tickets by a posting on the individual page for the event, or by a system limitation on the number of tickets you may purchase during your online session. Tickets purchased for an event during the multiple online sessions on our web site are totaled to ensure that any venue or promoter-imposed limitations are not exceeded. When customers exceed those limits, their orders may not be fulfilled.

Ticket Availability 

Ticket availability is subject to change. We may release additional tickets for an event after it has gone on sale. Tickets are also "locked" (not available) for a short time while customers complete their purchase. If a customer does not complete his/her purchase, previously locked tickets are released and made available for purchase. For these reasons and others, the tickets available for a given event can and do change rapidly. If you are unable to find tickets for an event, please check back again.

Pricing and Other Errors

If the amount paid for a ticket is obviously incorrect, regardless of whether it is an error in a price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale date, the Felderland PYO Farm reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel your order and refund to you the amount you paid. This policy will apply regardless of how the error occured.
